I taught a bunch of campfire dances to 5th graders on Tuesday. Unfortunately this took place in the school library and the amount of hopping and skipping on carpet over concrete has resulted in some very very sore calves.

Yesterday, I did the "Head to Toe" book with four 2nd grade classes, but the stretching wasn't enough. Last night I tried my foam roller and some yoga.

It is Thursday and my legs still hate me...and I have three dance classes to teach tonight.
My shrink looked over all my blood results and wondered why the hell my other doctor hadn't given me iron pills. It seems like not only is my MCHC levels lower than acceptable but my ferritin levels are on the low side as well. I haz low dosage iron pills now (Slow-fe 50mg)

I get about 7-8 hours of sleep a night, but I still get home from the day job and fall asleep for an hour before I am up for anything in the evening. I'm two days into the iron pills, they do give me stomach cramps but if I time things correctly I'm asleep by that time. I am really hoping that more iron helps my general fatigue.

I am back to recording everything I eat as well, to get my own sense of where to improve my diet, which is already pretty damned awesome.

My shrink will be performing a follow-up bloodtest before I go on vacation in August to see if things have improved.

I've booked a one-hour massage between my day job and my night job. I think it's the only way I'll get through the night job today.
