She's not the only teacher with performance venues, but she does give an inordinate amount of performance chances and gives me the odd substitute gig here and there. With another teacher I'd be back to square one (or square two, because square one I didn't know anything about the dance, or have costumes) which is why I tend to sublement her classes with other teacher, but haven't 100% abandoned ship...that and friends.
