Amazingly enough it is...except I am a master with the needle nose pliers.

I got a quick reply and I will be sending them pictures with my name and my photographer's name on them

I am so sorry. Honestly, the photo was sent to me by a customer. I asked them if I could use the photo in my listings and was told yes!
I would love to have a photo of you in the costume(with head) and state your name, etc.
I always take all of my own photos or have permission from models/photographers to post the photos that I use.
I am sincerely sorry to have upset you. I do understand, as it happens to me and it feels terrible.

well, good for them that they responded so quickly and are taking action. However, 'someone send me this picture and told me that I could use it' sounds kind of dodgy. THe picture with your head looks way coolier IMO, you have that beautiful big hair and seventies-make-up thing going on.
