My nightmares

Why did I fear not having a good signer, or what it would be like to rely on English sites for my rental needs? This is what is near my new place.

Now, I'm sure that it costs less up front to rent (no agency fees/renewal cleaning charges and so forth)but for me it's worth the extra 5,000 yen a month and the price of my utilities to have my own kitchen and three rooms instead of sharing a bathroom/livingroom/kitchen with others and only having my own room to myself. I'd go crazy.

Hell, knowing that I don't have to rent from a grown man who wishes to be identified online as "Ranma_chan4" is worth the extra 5,000 yen

There is a reason I try to stay away from creeps, yeah I like a few nerdy stupid things but I don't wear it proudly lol.
