Having the giant collection of photos to weed out really helps on the "don't wanna do nothing" days of declutter.
After work today I had a pretty rough anxiety patch. It's the second wave coming about a week or so after going down from a pill and a half of lexapro a day to a pill a day and it follows a day where I was physically intense (did "P.E. in English" for two lessons, which is like doing 90 minutes of circuit training if you had to talk the whole time and I taught two dance lessons) so I wasn't too surprised and I knew what it was. I got myself home once work was over ( and I'd purchased coffee beans for the next day) and tucked myself into bed. I knew once the shivvery nervousness reached a fever pitch that I'd be exhausted.
I am glad I set my alarm and was only out for about an hour, because messing up my sleep schedule would only screw me more. I've now had a healthy home-cooked evening meal and expect no more of myself than some light book reading, some tv, and an early bedtime tonight.
Yay, Friday.
