As a dishes hater, for years I was, bizarrely, opposed to the notion of dishwashers. Then my parents got one. Then I remembered how my friends Fashionista and Maze got one just before their daughter was born and Fashionista said how it was so great because you could just hide the dirty dishes in it and no flies would come. And then I thought WHY THE HELL DID I NOT WANT ONE????
I wish I had one in my house. If I were ever able to own this house, that would be the spendy thing - getting the kitchen redone, with a DISHWASHER among other things.
