It looks like two live shows in two months!
Did I post about being totally psyched about dancing with Eshe and Nourah this July to the live music of Aladeen (who, if you've seen any clips out there of me dancing to live music, you've heard.)...I think I forgot to post about that because we were waiting on the third dancer.
I just got an email from Alan Patton of Katsura Mazurka, who I've also performed with before, but not in the last year and a half. Katsura Mazurka is probably the one local band I'm best suited for when getting down with my more Balkan-quirky side. about performing this June, at Mother's Ruin (home of Aztec decor and the giant copper lizard), we're on. It'll be me and Safi (dancing separately)
